Plant in soil enriched with well decayed matter where they will produce large strong stemmed flowers; ideal for floral decoration ( pick whilst in bud). Prefers direct sunlight. In milder climates Anemone coronaria can be made to flower throughout the year. Plant 5cm (2') deep and 7cm (3') apart. It is useful to soak the bulbs overnight before planting. Flowers May - June
