Sweetly scented little Chilean bulbous plant. Its dainty star shaped flowers look very pretty in clumps or drifts. Flowers March to April.

Needs moderately fertile moist but well drained soil rich in organic matter. Plant 5cm (2') deep and 7cm (3') apart.
