This delightful hybrid produces between 3 and 4 attractive flowers on a stem. These open lime yellow but the cups gradually turn to almost white as the flower developes. Flowers in April.

- Description
Jonquil Pipit produces three to four attractive lemon yellow flowers per stem, with cups which turns a creamy white as the flower develops. Our Daffodils and Narcissi are ordered following the Royal Horticultural Society’s classification. Jonquil Pipit is a Division 10 – Species and Dwarf Narcissi, a shorter variation of the N. jonquil, a variety which will bear multiple scented flowers per stem, its rush-like foliage is usually as long as its stem. A well-drained soil, deeply worked and containing some humus is ideal for narcissus and they will not tolerate a waterlogged soil. Jonquil Pipit will grow to around 25cm and has also been presented the RHS Award of Merit.
