Named after Professor Augustine Henry, who spotted the species growing on the banks of the Yangtze river in China, L. henryii is a lime toloerant lily which has deep apricot-orange Turk's cap flowers on slener long stems. The surface of each petals is covered with little wiry eruptions which are soft to touch abd soft brown spots. Plant the bulbs 20cm deep and 35cm apart.
