Bloms Bulbs offers free returns on all UK orders. Should any error or complaints occur please notify us within 30 days upon receiving the delivery. We will send a courier at our cost to retrieve the parcel or refund you the cost of return postage.
Returns & Refunds
If you’re not satisfied with the goods you’ve received or in the very unlikely event that we have shipped the wrong item, please let us know within 30 days of delivery or at the time of flowering. We will be pleased to issue your choice of a refund, replacement bulbs or a credit note.
