Returns Policy


 

Bloms Bulbs offers free returns on all UK orders. Should any error or complaints occur please notify us within seven (7) days upon receiving the delivery we will send a courier at our cost to retrieve the parcel. 

Returns & Refunds

If you’re not satisfied with the goods you’ve received or in the very unlikely event that we have shipped the wrong item, please let us know within seven (7) days of delivery.

  •     Returns should be sent to: Bloms Bulbs, Melchbourne, Bedfordshire, MK44 1ZZ.

In the unlikely event that the bulbs you’ve ordered are not the ones you’ve received, please let us know when they start flowering so we can issue you with one of the following:

  1.  A credit note
  2.  A refund
  3. Replacement bulbs to be sent out for next year.
