Paeony Flowered Tulip
These Tulips, which flower April-May are robust in habit and produce wonderful flowers of enormous size on sturdy erect stems. They are delightful subjects planted in narrow beds along paths and are most effective in groups in the border; it is, however advisable to plant them in a sunny sheltered position where they will develop to perfection. They command great admiration as cut flowers, as they are quite outstanding for their lasting qualities and resemblance to the Peony.
